The idyllic Gorge Amphitheatre will host a new electronic music takeover next Memorial Day weekend as dubstep superstars GRiZ and Subtronics bring their collaborative vision to the Pacific Northwest.
Scheduled for May 23-24, Griztronics Gorge takes its name from the duo’s 2019 single of the same name. The track ultimately became a global dubstep hit, amassing over 100 million streams across platforms and establishing itself as a festival staple.
Subtronics is primed to headline the first day following a special “Chasing The Golden House” set from GRiZ as well as performances from Boogie T, Effin and a pair of EDM.com Class alumni: Blossom, who was named to the 2023 class, and Of The Trees, who was honored in the 2024 class. GRiZ will then headline the final day after a rare “Sunset Set” from Subtronics and performances by LSDREAM, Taiki Nulight, Lumasi and EDM.com Class of 2025 star ALLEYCVT.
Fans will be able to purchase VIP, glamping, hotel and RV packages as well as access to the Sunset Deck, a “private, elevated space with panoramic views of the stage and The Gorge” and a full-service cash bar and air-conditioned restrooms.
Situated along the Columbia River with dramatic basalt cliffs as a backdrop, the scenic venue has long hosted major EDM events and festivals including Above & Beyond’s Group Therapy Weekender, Excision’s Bass Canyon and Insomniac’s Beyond Wonderland. Its natural acoustics and sprawling grounds can accommodate tens of thousands of attendees, making it a popular live music destination.
A pre-sale for Griztronics Gorge is scheduled to begin November 19th at 10am PT before tickets release to the general public a few hours later at 1pm PT. You can register via the event’s official website.
