Breakout British producer nimino has always been a master at making people sweat to their own emotional baggage, and that rings truer than ever in his new single, “Rest Easy.”
With synth-soaked drops and percussion that skitters with the manic energy of someone who can’t stop checking their ex’s Instagram Story, the production is signature nimino. He also brilliantly samples the central hook from SAMSON’s Alté hit, “still wanna hold u.”
What makes “Rest Easy” work is its refusal to choose between vulnerability and velocity. nimino continues to occupy the sweet spot between bedroom producer intimacy and festival-ready polish, suggesting he’s only getting better at blurring that line.
Out now via Counter Records, the new single arrives amid a sold-out EU/UK headline tour and ahead of a North American run in the spring of 2026, with dates set for Chicago, Austin and San Francisco, among other major cities. It’s nimino’s final single of 2025, according to Counter, and he’s currently on the brink of amassing a staggering 300 million streams across his music with the label.
