Max Styler has been named the top music producer on 1001Tracklists’ “Top 101 Producers of 2025” list, a milestone that reflects both his incredible reach and sustained support from his peers.
A member of the EDM.com Class of 2025, Styler finds himself among a rare cohort of producers defining what success in dance music looks like, not only in terms of reach, but in terms of influence. The annual ranking, based entirely on which artists’ tracks were most played by DJs in verified live sets, radio shows and mixes, places the house music virtuoso ahead of hundreds across the global EDM scene.
Unlike fan-voted awards, the 1001Tracklists ranking is rooted in real-world data. Ergo, each entry is a reflection of real-world selection, music that performers chose to include in their sets over the last 12 months. As a result, it’s come to be seen as one of the genre’s most honest indicators of who’s shaping the sound of the moment.
Rounding out the top five after Styler are GENESI, David Guetta, Chris Lake and ARTBAT.
For Styler, the accolade marks another defining moment in a year already stacked with milestones. Tracks like “London’s On Fire” and “I Know You Want To” have lit up dancefloors from North America to Ibiza, and his music has become a regular feature in sets from some of the scene’s most influential selectors.
But perhaps his most significant evolution is the one just beginning with last week’s launch of Nu Moda, his new record label. The imprint’s debut release, Styler’s track “You & Me,” sets the stage for its forthcoming launch event at Art Basel in Miami this December along with a larger showcase planned for Miami Music Week in 2026.
